Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of experience developing or revamping and managing processes involving temps, vendors, contractors or other external groups.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience collecting feedback from stakeholders and collaboration across multiple teams.
- Experience thinking strategically, with exceptional writing and analytical skills.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving solutions.
- Exposure to Machine Learning frameworks.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$156,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives that directly affect the training and evaluation data scaling efforts for GenAI products.
- Serve as an engagement lead and thought partner for various internal stakeholders. Proactively manage robust, executive-facing communications regarding program status, risks or blockers, issues, and priorities.
- Manage human-in-the-loop workflows ensuring quality data for training and model tuning are delivered in a timely fashion and within budget.
- Build subject matter expertise and stay up-to-speed on data best-practices related to Machine Learning (ML) model training/fine tuning, key performance indicators, and evaluative criteria.
- Collect and synthesize user feedback to the stakeholders to influence product improvements directly.
