Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in data collection from various internal and external sources to support business analysis and research.
  2. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, market segments, and competitive landscapes.
  3. Analyze customer data, sales trends, and business metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  4. Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources (e.g., surveys, CRM, financial reports).
  5. Assist in the preparation of reports, charts, and dashboards to visualize data findings for stakeholders.
  6. Present findings through clear, actionable reports and visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, dashboards).
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development, sales) to identify growth opportunities.
  8. Utilize statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) to interpret data and generate predictive insights.
  9. Support the marketing team with customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and product positioning.

 

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience in the B2B IT industry
  2. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  3. Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms.
  4. Experience with A/B testing and experiment design.
  5. Knowledge of SQL for querying databases.

 

Total Experience Expected: 03-07 years

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
  2. 3-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Market Research Analyst, or in a related role.
  3. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  4. Strong experience with statistical software like SPSS, R, Python, or Excel (advanced level).
  5. Knowledge of market research methodologies and frameworks (surveys, focus groups, competitive analysis).
  6. Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
