Positions available in Cloud Computing and Application Development.
Cloud Computing Internship:
As part of the Central IT Department, you will work in tandem with peer teams to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the bank. You will help design, build, and deploy AWS applications in accordance with Federal Reserve Security guidelines, while ensuring application performance, uptime, and scalability requirements are met. You will also help to develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code to install applications to the Cloud.
Requirements for Cloud Computing Internship:
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security or MIS, Information Technology or Media Arts/Multi-Media with one semester remaining upon completion of the internship
Must have completed freshman year and have a minimum GPA of 3.0
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices
Knowledge of and experience with AWS
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and/or experience with scripting
Must be proactive and self-directed, along with having strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent planning/documentation skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to partner in a highly collaborative atmosphere
Self-starter with strong leadership skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical, multitasking, organization, problem solving and time management skills
Application Development Internship:
Take your Technology skills to the next level by contributing to work on our Application Development (AppDev) team and enhancing your Java or .net programming skills or analyzing business problems. You will design, develop and implement scalable, reliable and maintainable .NET applications, create high level & detail design documents, enforce code quality through test driven development, become involved in unit testing, functional testing, and code review.
Requirements for Application Development Internship:
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security or MIS, Information Technology or Data Science with one semester remaining upon completion of the internship
Must have completed freshman year and have a minimum GPA of 3.0
Experience with coding skills (.NET), knowledge of relations databases and SQL, preferably MS SQL
Knowledge of and experience with Python
Must be proactive and self-directed, along with having strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent planning/documentation skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to partner in a highly collaborative atmosphere
Self-starter with strong leadership skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical, multitasking, organization, problem solving and time management skills

Physical Demands and General Working Conditions
Traditional office environment: Employees typically sit most of the day, work with a computer and may answer/respond to phone calls. Physical movement consists of walking for meetings, breaks, etc. Ability to lift items weighing approximately 20 pounds on a limited basis is required. Employees will be required to travel by car/air.
