Take your skills to the next level and gain valuable experience contributing to work within Treasury Services – Product Strategy.

Product Strategy Internship: 

  • Provides research, consulting, analytical and development support for an idea or experiment that supports Treasury Services portfolio.

  • Performs design thinking sessions, consulting, evaluation, and analysis necessary to provide support to the Treasury Services portfolio product strategy.

  • Conducts product development research through online research, industry workgroups, agency interviews, vendor consultations and subject matter experts.

  • Develops outreach materials in the form of presentations, webinars, and white papers on the idea or experiment.

  • Develops alternatives analysis and recommendations for the idea or experiment.

  • Coordinates and communicates with appropriate channels recommendations and research findings.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Should have at least one semester left to complete in school.

  • Strong computer/technical skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Access (or familiarity with other data access tools, such as SQL, Python, etc.).

  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and ability to multitask.

  • Ability to work both in a group setting and on an individual basis.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to make informed product decisions.

  • Interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.

Physical Demands and General Working Conditions

Employees typically sit most of the day, work with a computer and may answer/respond to phone calls. Physical movement consists of walking for meetings, breaks, etc. Ability to lift items weighing approximately 20 pounds on a limited basis is required. Employees may be required to travel by car/air. Some travel within the US is required and can be extensive.
