JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for facilitating and creating Business Unit review materials
  • Primary Business Banking leader and liaison with Finance (for data/reporting), Data Analytics, reporting, and marketing analytics teams outside of Business Banking
  • Responsible for directing Business Banking reporting efforts
  • Proactively translate data into insightful business intelligence reports by mining and exploring data warranting further analysis from multiple sources
  • Automate processes and reporting to ensure consistency and data integrity
  • Leverage knowledge of KeyCorp and LOB strategy, business, and competition to anticipate analytic needs and provide recommendations
  • Drive projects end to end; prioritize multiple projects; manage to tight deadlines
  • Responsible for helping the assigned business segment meet goals.
  • Establishes strategies including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development to manage a product or product category's life cycle.
  • Proactively coach and guide the work of others; Serve as mentor within and beyond own team
  • Manage integration of activities typically within own team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree (or its equivalent) in Data Analytics, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Statistics (or other related field) with at least 4 years of relevant experience; or bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Data Analytics, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Statistics (or other related field) with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated analytical, process management and conceptual skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to express complex concepts in terms that are understandable to the business partners, senior leaders, and the sales force.
  • Advanced proficiency with: Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint, Query writing/coding including complex joins Data visualization Analytical programming languages such as Tableau, etc.
  • Understanding of: Source systems, Process flow, and automation

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $125,000 to $150,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
