Role: Existing Customer Management Senior Analyst 

We're seeking an Existing Customer Management (ECM) Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our company's ECM team, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing customer trends, measuring impacts of prior strategies, and designing future initiatives to enhance our customer experience and drive business growth.

 

What a day is like:

  • Analyze customer trends and behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement in our credit card products and services 
  • Measure and report on the impacts of previous tests and strategies to inform future decision-making 
  • Design and propose new tests and strategies to enhance customer engagement and product performance 
  • Create insightful reports and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, R or Python
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including compliance, marketing, operations, and others to implement and evaluate strategies 
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as activation rates, spend, utilization, and granular segment performance 
  • Present findings and recommendations to management, translating complex data into actionable insights

 

You’re perfect for this role if you: 

  • 1-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the credit card or banking industry 
  • Technical proficiency in some of these: SQL or SAS, Excel, R or Python; (Pref. SQL and R) 
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data manipulations 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information
  • Data visualization experience with tools like Tableau, ggplot, plotly, shiny, etc.
  • Experience in or understanding of credit card products and customer lifecycle management 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science) is preferred, but we consider candidates from all educational backgrounds
