                                           Could you be the full-time Business Intelligence Developer Graduate in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and data-driven mindset in the exciting field of Business Intelligence. You’ll report to Country Team Lead, Cluj-Napoca and work alongside passionate,  dedicated, hard-working, and fun teammates.

 

The purpose of a Business Intelligence graduate's role in the railway industry, focusing on tools development related to costing, is to design and implement advanced analytical tools and dashboards that facilitate real-time cost tracking and reporting. This position involves automating reporting processes, integrating data from various sources, and developing predictive models to forecast expenses.

Additionally, the graduate will provide training and support for users, ensuring effective utilization of BI tools to enhance financial decision-making and optimize cost management strategies.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • You are a fresh graduate of  Bachelors/ Masters studies in Business, Computer Science or other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Tool Development for Cost Analysis: Design and develop advanced analytical tools and dashboards that facilitate real-time tracking and visualization of costs across various railway operations.
  • Automation of Reporting Processes: Implement automated reporting solutions to streamline the generation of cost reports, reducing manual efforts and increasing accuracy in financial assessments.
  • Data Integration Solutions: Create integration solutions to consolidate data from various sources and systems, ensuring comprehensive visibility into cost-related information for better analysis and decision-making.
  • Predictive Analytics Models: Develop predictive models that leverage historical cost data to forecast future expenses and budget requirements, enabling proactive financial planning.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support for end users of BI tools, ensuring that teams can effectively utilize capabilities for cost management and reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in the continuous improvement of existing BI tools and applications, incorporating user feedback and technological advancements to enhance functionality and usability.
  • Collaboration on Development Projects: Work alongside IT and data engineering teams to create custom applications that address specific costing challenges within the organization.
