How to succeed

We hire smart people like you for your potential. Our biggest expectation is that you’ll stay curious. Keep learning. Take on responsibility. In return, we’ll support your development so you can become recognized expert in the area and turn into an even more awesome version of yourself.

To succeed in this role you should have:

  • Behavioural Science Expertise: Solid knowledge of quantitative research methods is required (incl. research design and data analysis). You will develop and validate survey content, ensuring scientific reliability and validity. You will develop coherent and testable hypotheses to support business decisions. Knowledge of qualitative research is a plus.

  • Data Collection and Analysis: You will collect, analyse, report on, and generate insights from data to provide robust evidence to support business decisions. Your ability to conduct research using various data sources and select relevant information for analysis will be crucial.

  • Statistical Analysis: Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, including proficiency with R (incl. R Studio, GIT), is required. This includes psychometrics, multivariate statistics and structural equation modelling. You are able to define robust analytical strategies and carry out statistical analyses independently when needed.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Partnering with HR and business stakeholders to deliver impactful analytical insights is key. Excellent English communication skills are necessary to  translate analytical findings into solid business recommendations which can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.

  • Customer orientation: Building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions is essential. Managing partnering relationships with internal clients and providing high-quality professional services will be part of your role.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL for running, editing, and creating basic queries, as well as familiarity with Qualtrics for survey design, data collection and dashboards will be beneficial.

  • Continuous Improvement and Learning: Establishing continuous feedback and improvement loops to develop and ensure cutting-edge development of listening initiatives is crucial. You will learn through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning fodder

This is not an entry level position and previous experience with research and statistical analysis is needed (1-2 years). However, we do not expect proficiency across all these points and we will help you develop in areas where you might be lacking experience. So do not get discouraged if you are not ticking off all the boxes!
