Job Overview:

Our HR Analytics team is looking for a Junior Data Scientist with a strong foundation in AI/ML and data engineering concepts along with a good working knowledge of advanced analytics solutions. You will be responsible for designing and building analytical solutions using a variety of AI/ML, statistical and mathematical modelling concepts to uncover HR insights. Your role includes developing proof-of-concepts, creating visualizations, and partnering with other team members to optimize and advance the processes. You will collaborate closely with HR professionals and global teams to provide actionable data-driven insights that enhance our HR processes and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop analytical solutions using AI/ML algorithms and statistical/mathematical models.
  • Visualize data insights using Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Create and maintain data models/pipelines to support HR analytics and insights.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to generate meaningful HR insights and reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the global HR analytics team to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all HR data models and pipelines.
  • Continuously optimize and improve HR data models and processes for better performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a Technical Domain (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, with a focus on HR analytics preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced analytics, Programming (Python/R), Data Modelling, Data pipeline development, Power BI, SQL, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to HR and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in HR analytics or related fields.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools.
  • Experience working with global teams in a collaborative environment.
