Job Description

What will you be doing?

We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Professional Services Marketing in London. The purpose of this role is to provide insightful analysis on the value of Professional Services marketing activities using data to guide and inform future campaign activity. Owning the marketing client and prospect data management process,

 

As Digital Analytics & Data Manager, your responsibilities will include among others

  • Analyse data from multiple data sources including digital online, social media, client and prospect databases to produce insights and advise on all marketing activity.
  • Measure ROI on marketing spend and optimise performance, measuring marketing efficiencies and providing supporting analysis
  • Translate behavioural and transactional data into key insights and business deliverables.
  • Deliver proactive insights, and find areas of opportunities to exploit
  • Manage the measurement and reporting framework for marketing performance success, providing data for our KPIs against which Marketing campaigns and initiatives will be measured
  • Responsible for regular reporting of key performance metrics to the business
  • Understanding and communicating Marketing’s return on investment and impact on wider business targets.
  • Understand stakeholder business questions and challenges.
  • Provide tools to measure performance along with insights and recommendations, across the range of brand activation and demand generation activities, to support and drive marketing performance improvement and optimisation.
  • Measuring and modelling marketing activities and results to provide input to future planning, for example in attribution modelling, client journey analysis and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to define measurement approaches and eliminate roadblocks to reporting.
  • Work with the marketing team, pod leaders, external agencies and respective businesses to create personas for our main segments bringing data and insight to inform top of funnel activity.
  • Responsible for marketing prospect and client data management, maintaining databases, data accuracy, provision of campaign data against defined objectives and marketing’s governance framework and GDPR

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have

  • Exceptional data analytics experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced complex business environment
  • The ability to distill complex analysis into clear findings and recommendations that can be easily understood and acted upon by the business
  • Proficient with use of on-line digital data (i.e. Google, Tealium) and SQL an advantage
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task several tasks.
  • A desire to achieve and surpass targets.
  • The ability to be a team player, someone who is willing to go the extra mile for the team
  • Problem solving skills
