Job Description

·Consolidation of data from the testbench and other sources and calculate the KPIs from the collected data.· Data visualization (preferably using the tools that already exist in the company or are compatible with IT)· Detecting the anomalies in the data => determining good or bad gearshifts, and also determining the condition of the gearbox and its components

Additional Information

•Understanding the customer requirements and creating a toolchain that could be implemented in a short time to calculate and visualize the KPIs for Historical and live test bench sessions• Identifying the customer process to find relevant data sources (important channels, KPIs, storage requirements, visualization methods, etc.)• Explorative Data analysis using Python to identify trends and anomalies in the data and to identify correlations in the signals• Creating a toolchain to store the data in a centralized database and visualize them in visualization platforms such as MS Power BI or Grafana, which are compatible with the company's IT• Developing MATLAB and Simulink models to calculate the KPIs for the live sessions on the test benches• Developing anomaly detection and prediction models to find out the anomalies in the data and to create event signals for further actions• Integrating the developed toolchain into the customer's existing architecture, which will be used across other departments
