Technical Support Expert / Data Analyst (HUMS) (m/w/d)

Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Technical Support Expert / Data Analyst (HUMS) (m/w/d).

As a HUMS (Health Usage Management System) specialist, you will be the face to
customers on all topics related to helicopter data recording and their applications
(Diagnostics, Prognostics, Flight Data Monitoring and Part M requirements).

Location
In Donauwörth, close to Augsburg, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Experience with us how they take off and land on our own test airfield.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Support our customers with all questions related to HUMS.

• Provide health monitoring services and training.

• Analysis of HUMS Data using in-house and COTS software.

• To identify solutions that add Value to our customers and coordinate their implementation with product and software development teams.

• Support of the aircraft accident investigation through data analysis.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Completed studies or technical training in the field of aeronautical engineering (or comparable) with several years of professional experience

• Experience in data processing / IT affinity

• Basic knowledge of programming with Spotfire, Python, Matlab or similar

• Good knowledge of helicopter technology and operation

• High degree of customer orientation and ability to promote customer relationships

• Distinctive ability to work in a team, as well as a proactive, goal-oriented and independent way of working

• Traveling availabilit

• Fluent knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of German and / or French is an advantage
