Senior Data Analyst

  JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team for the NHL project at FAB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the NHL project.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  
• Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to interpret data and generate insights.
  
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  
• Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and industry trends.
  
• Mentor and guide junior data analysts in best practices and methodologies.
  

Requirements

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
  
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
  
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
