We are looking to hire a skilled Process Transformation Lead (F/M) who will take part and contribute to the GBS Romania transversal process transformation programs working with senior management for international business perimeters.

Within the GBS Romania team, the Process Transformation Lead will drive and implement transversal process reorganisations, improvements and transformation projects for the SSC according to the transformation strategy and business optimisation plan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the service offer regarding process optimization and transformation

• Manage high and small scale transformation projects towards internal stakeholders and partners

• Analyze the processes, evaluate the opportunities for improvement and drive process optimisation / reorganisation missions on identified perimeters within GBS Romania

• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement roadmaps within the organisation while providing implementation methodologies in accordance with change management techniques

• Analyse and propose process automation use cases based on common technologies (ML, RPA, VBA), industry trends and shared practices (process expertise, continuous improvement, quality)

• Apply leading practice end to end process expertise in core functions in order to design and implement new re-engineered processes

• Work with cross functional, multi geography corporate/GBS teams to map / document GBS processes and tools in accordance to business end to end processes

• Enhance continuous improvement culture, through deployment of dedicated methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen, to measurable, repeatable, and predictable operations

Profile:

• University degree

• 5 years working experience with or at GBS or Shared Services Centers / Business Process Outsourcers, leading transformational and process re-engineering projects including RPA deployment, ML, tool implementation and digital transformation related projects.

• Relevant industry certifications – PMI, Lean Six Sigma, Agile

• Good understanding in relevant business processes within an GBS/SSC (Finance / Supply Chain / Procurement / Customer Service plus IT/Data & Analytics) is a plus

• Deep knowledge of Business Process Management or BPO. Appetite for Digital Solutions.

• Clear understanding and experience in application of the GBS/SSC operating models, Service Delivery Models, Global Process Ownership

• Challenging spirit, curious, open-minded, proactive and can-do attitude

• Strong leadership and cross functional management abilities to successfully collaborate with the Head of each department within GBS Romania

• English – advanced, French is a plus
