Job Description

SEM image processing algorithm development including denoise, enhancement, super-resolution, calibration, quality measurement.
SEM image and GDS alignment algorithm development.
Defect inspection algorithm development.
GDS processing and related application development.
Machine learning and deep learning application development.
Inspection flow control software development.
Inspection result post-analysis functionality development.
Throughput analysis and optimization.
Field escalation support.
Technical document writing.

Education

Master degree and above.
Major in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.

Experience

6 years and above relative SW develop experience in following areas:
Pattern recognition, image process, defect inspection algorithm development.
GDS processing and related application development.
Machine learning and deep learning application development.

Personal skills

C/C++ programming
Python programming
Parallel computing
Linux OS operation
Scrum
Git
