Senior Fullstack Python Developer

This is a remote position.

On behalf of our Client, a leading-edge software house with over 7 years of experience, we are looking for a Senior Fullstack Python Developer.
 
Our client specialises in complex projects that demand expertise in R&D, AI, computer vision, and high scalability for various sectors, including autonomous robotics, biotechnology, IoT, and data-driven enterprises.

They have made significant strides in the industry, being the first to introduce cashless and maintenance-free stores in Poland, and have been pioneers in building automation. Besides developing their own innovative products, such as a social live selling platform, they cater for a broad range of clients. This includes both Polish and international companies.


Role & Responsibilities:

• creating modern applications;
  
• work in pull request and code review mode;
  
• making design decisions according to business expectations and balancing between writing easily expandable code and the speed of development;
  
• taking care of the security of solutions created;
  
• creating technical specifications based on product requirements.
  

Requirements

• at least 5+ years of production experience in full-stack web development, including working with React, and Javascript;
  
• 3+ years of commercial software development using Python;
  
• knowledge of modern Python and great experience with at least one of popular web frameworks (such as Django, FastAPI), databases (preferred PostgreSQL), docker, and cloud environment (such as GCP or AWS);
  
• good general technical background;
  
• you like writing unit tests;
  
• knowledge of English - at least a communicative level;
  
• being a team player;
  
• willingness to work later hours;
  

Nice to have:

• experience with LLMs;
  
• experience building and maintaining GraphQL and/or REST APIs.
