The Data Analyst – Architecture will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to support the design and optimization of architectural solutions. This position involves collaborating with architects and business stakeholders to gather, model, and analyze data related to system performance, scalability, and integration. The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing actionable insights that drive improvements in enterprise architecture, ensuring that the organization’s technology infrastructure aligns with business goals.The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent analytical and time-management skills, with the ability to communicate and present information to stakeholders as needed.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to system performance, utilization, and scalability, ensuring that architectural designs are data-driven and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Architectural Metrics Development: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the effectiveness of architectural solutions, including system efficiency, cost optimization, and reliability.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-driven insights to support architectural decision-making, focusing on areas such as cloud architecture, microservices, application modernization, and infrastructure optimization.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with enterprise and solution architects, business units, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure that data analysis supports the overall architecture strategy.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key data findings to architects, IT leadership, and business stakeholders, using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Trend Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct trend analysis and predictive modeling to support long-term architecture planning, identifying potential risks and opportunities for innovation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights based on data analysis, supporting the evolution of the enterprise architecture.

Required Experience:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on supporting technology architecture or IT systems.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R), data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and architectural modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Visio). Experience with digital analytics and website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics strongly preferred
  • Architectural Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and the role data plays in designing and optimizing architecture solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions that support architectural optimization and system improvements.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data Management: Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards, ensuring that data analysis supports organizational policies and regulations.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree or advanced certifications are a plus
