Generative AI Trainer - Adjunct Faculty

Job Objective 

​We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Chatbot Development Trainer to lead our training program. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in chatbot design, development, and deployment, with a strong understanding of AI generative models and practical experience using platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role involves delivering comprehensive training sessions, providing one-on-one mentoring, and guiding learners through hands-on projects to build robust chatbot solutions. Remuneration -This will be on an hourly basis

Work Environment:

· Remote or on-site training sessions as required.

· Flexible working hours to accommodate learner schedules.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in chatbot development and AI integration.

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Copilot Studio and similar platforms.

· Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly in Power Automate, PowerApps, and Dataverse (preferred)

· Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

· Ability to contextualize training materials and deliver engaging sessions.

· Strong project management skills to guide learners through the development lifecycle.

· Certification: Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)/ACTA PL-200 (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in teaching or training roles.

· Ability to customize training approaches based on learner needs.

· Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data security considerations.
