We are seeking a proficient ServiceNow Expert with specialized expertise in the NowAssist module, focusing on developing and optimizing chatbots and virtual assistants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, with a keen understanding of how to leverage NowAssist to enhance customer and employee interactions through automated and intelligent solutions.

Responsibilities:
● Lead the design, development, and deployment of chatbots and virtual assistants using the NowAssist module to automate customer and employee interactions.
● Configure and customize NowAssist and other related ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements and improve service delivery.
● Provide advanced technical support for chatbot solutions, addressing issues and optimizing performance.
● Integrate NowAssist chatbots with other ServiceNow applications and external systems to provide a seamless user experience.
● Provide training and support to team members on effectively using and administering NowAssist and chatbot functionalities.

Requirements

● ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
● Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, and HTML for customizing and developing ServiceNow solutions.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, with a focus on NowAssist and chatbot development.
● This role requires bilingual candidates in English and Spanish / English and Portuguese.
