Requirements

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced LLM Technology Lead to join our team. As the LLM Technology Lead, you will be responsible for fine-tuning foundational models, implementing prompt engineering techniques using React and other technologies, and driving intelligent document processing initiatives using cutting-edge LLMs such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). You will also play a key role in optimizing LLM operations and processing pipelines in the Azure cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. LLM Model Fine-Tuning and Optimization:

• Fine-tune foundational LLM models to improve performance and accuracy for specific document processing tasks.
  
• Implement advanced techniques such as prompt engineering to enhance model capabilities and adaptability.
  
• Optimize model hyper-parameters and configurations for efficient processing and resource utilization.
  

2. Intelligent Document Processing:

• Lead the development and implementation of intelligent document processing solutions using LLM technology.
  
• Utilize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and other advanced LLMs to generate high-quality summaries, answers, and insights from large volumes of text data.
  
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate LLM-based solutions into document processing pipelines.
  

3. Technology Stack and Development:

• Leverage React and other frontend technologies to build user-friendly interfaces for interacting with LLM-powered document processing systems.
  
• Implement DSP (Digital Signal Processing) techniques as needed for preprocessing and analysis of document data.
  
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
  

4. Azure Cloud Infrastructure and Operations:

• Design, deploy, and manage LLM processing pipelines in the Azure cloud environment.
  
• Optimize resource allocation, scalability, and performance of LLM operations in Azure.
  
• Monitor system health, performance metrics, and security protocols for LLM-based applications.
  

5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead a team of developers, data scientists, and engineers in executing LLM technology projects.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
  
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience in software development and technology leadership roles, with a focus on document processing and LLM technology.
  
• Strong expertise in fine-tuning LLM models, prompt engineering techniques, and intelligent document processing.
  
• Knowledge in React and other frontend technologies for building user interfaces.
  
• Experience with DSP (Digital Signal Processing) and data preprocessing techniques.
  
• Familiarity with advanced LLMs such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and their applications in document processing.
  
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and building scalable, cloud-native applications.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
