The Role: 

We are looking for an experienced AWS Developer responsible for setting up, maintaining, and evolving the cloud infrastructure of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core AWS services and best practices regarding security and scalability.

What you’ll do?

• Understand the current application infrastructure and suggest changes to it.
  
• Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
  
• Migrate our infrastructure with zero downtime to a highly available, scalable one.
  
• Set up a monitoring stack.
  
• Define service capacity planning strategies.
  
• Implement the CI/CD pipeline using the AWS CI/CD stack.
  
• Write infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or similar.
  
• Develop and maintain applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  
• Manage databases such as PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
  
• Utilize AWS services like ECS, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  

 

Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail).
  
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
  
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform).
  
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus).
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  
• Experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification.
  
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  
• Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
  
• Experience with Craft CMS.
  
• Good to have experience with C#.NET.
