About this opportunity

Welcome to the SME Digital -team in Business Banking – Corporate Digital. We add value by developing our digital solutions (Nordea Business Web and Mobile) to our Small and Mid-sized enterprise customers and are set to become the leading digital SME Bank. You will join our Product Management team, working in a development hub that consists of seven development teams and approximately 90 people, including other supporting roles. As customer insight analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in making sense of our online & offline data and driving better decisions but also understanding customer needs and revealing new opportunities. You have the possibility to make our product team even stronger.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyse and provide insights to customer behaviour & journeys within mobile and netbank via Adobe Analytics Workspaces
• Analyse and provide insights to customer characteristics through different data sets
• Deliver deep-dive analysis and generate data-driven insights with recommendations to the product development teams and senior stakeholders
• Support product teams with tracking implementations in a way that enables good analysis and follows general tracking framework (e.g. conversions, flow analytics)
• Share your findings with various stakeholders across the organization via presentations, reports and dashboards but also developing and owning Key Results and KPI’s

Your experience and background:  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field (engineering, computer science, statistics, etc.) or equivalent job experience
• You have experience in implementing tracking, analysing online (web or mobile) data by using web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics or similar) and presenting results
• Having experience in at least one self-service analytics platform is a plus (e.g. Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, etc.) and writing basic / moderate SQL queries
• You are a good data storyteller with the ability to communicate findings in an engaging manner
• You are fluent in English
