We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Data Analyst to enhance our Technical Team's capability to harness data for strategic decision-making. This role involves a blend of data analysis, data modelling, and collaboration across departments to improve efficiency, insights, and outcomes. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll contribute to building and refining data structures and models, driving the standardisation and automation of reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives through deep data analysis and actionable insights.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate closely with teams to develop predictive data models and identify and refine existing data structures and models.
  • Drive the standardisation and automation of reporting across all departments using Power BI and Excel, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
  • Work with a wide variety of data sources to provide accurate, timely, and insightful analysis supporting strategic and operational decisions.
  • Support the creation and centralisation of a data warehouse, ensuring efficient data management and accessibility.
  • Analyse property, demographic, and market information to inform and guide client strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, leveraging data and analysis to propose and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in data modelling, normalisation, and database design principles.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Azure Data Services, and other data modelling tools.
  • Familiarity with Azure SQL Servers and Azure Data Factory is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to organise and structure data effectively, delivering insights that drive actions.
  • Strong dashboarding skills and experience in advanced data analysis using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a knack for presenting complex data insights in a clear, understandable manner.
  • Experience in project management, with a proven ability to manage requirements and expectations from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ambition, personability, and a drive to continually learn and excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
