You will be responsible for the development and execution of a program to support new Strategic Growth Initiatives across our US Consumer Channel - growing revenue, installed base and customer engagement with our products through the development and standardization of this new partner program. You will partner cross functionally to design and execute strategic growth initiative programs across our product portfolio; generating scalable, omni-channel campaigns that are grounded in market and customer insights and result in sizable growth of revenue and installed base. The successful candidate will have the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.

Description


Work with worldwide business development, insights and product marketing teams to compile and evaluate market and customer intelligence insights to develop and execute program briefs for the development of campaign playbooks and assets. Partner with account and business development teams to create business cases to be presented to sales and finance teams to secure program funding, forecast and measure campaign performance trends. Partner with the Marcom team in the development of partner campaign asset kits that generate maximum impact across the channel. Partner across the organization to develop campaign playbooks and with account teams to present and execute the program with top consumer retail accounts. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, project manage targeted, digital-first, omni-channel campaigns; inclusive of online, in-store, SEO, Social Media, e-mails, push notifications, digital display advertising, events, and influencers with engaging and relevant content. Work with cross functional teams to define and implement the use of AI and ML tools to provide agility and scale to partner marketing creative and measurement. Work with our data science/analytics teams to build the tools necessary to measure ROI and KPIs and create standardized reporting on all partner campaigns performance. Optimize partner campaigns to improve results focusing on customer experience. Identify trends and insights to inform priorities and optimize spend and performance based on insights. Evaluate emerging technologies and digital trends to provide recommendations for adoption.

Minimum Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing strategy with an emphasis on Digital Marketing, Advertising, Product Marketing and Analytics
  • Must have knowledge of US Consumer retailers and their in-store, eCommerce platforms and targeted campaign capabilities
  • Strong subject matter expertise in digital marketing including SEO, database, e-mail, sms, push, social media, influencers and display advertising campaigns
  • Proven track record of leveraging technology to drive scale (with emphasis on AI and ML technologies) in the creative and campaign measurement space
  • Highly adept at identifying target audiences and rolling out digital-led, omni-channel campaigns that engage, inform and motivate customers to consider and convert
  • Proficient in optimizing user funnel for best in class customer experience - understanding customer journeys to optimize omni-channel touch points from digital and in-person discovery to last mile in-store or on-device experiences
  • Must have a data driven mindset and use informed insights in decision-making with stellar analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actionable insights. Well versed in web analytics tools such as Adobe analytics and others
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to structure, and streamline various work streams while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration experience; able to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications


  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can be accountable for results without direct control - orchestrating across teams to build and manage complex projects and influence all levels of leadership
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital-first, omni-channel campaigns
  • Excellent project management skills, including work prioritization and planning
