The GWP Data & Governance Lead is responsible for setting up and managing the governance of the Global Workforce Planning End-to-End Process. This includes overseeing data flows, data integration, data quality and data consistency between systems. Additionally, the role involves managing process documentation, creating user guides, and developing FAQs. The Team Lead will work closely with various departments to ensure data governance standards are met.
RESPONSABILITIES & MAIN TASKS
- Establish and manage the governance framework for the Global Workforce Planning End-to-End Process.
- Oversee data flows, data integration, and ensure data quality across systems.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance standards are implemented and maintained.
- Monitor and report on data governance metrics and compliance.
- Collaborate with the HR Data Quality team to build relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Continuously improve data governance processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Address and resolve data governance issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage testing activities in the HRIS System to support the development of new features.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data governance, data management, and process documentation.
- Strong understanding of data integration and data quality management.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and position management.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors software is appreciated.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor team members.
