What do we expect you to bring?

  • Graduated from Engineering, MIS, Statistics or Business Administration departments of universities.
  • Preferably insurance sector experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in areas such as Growth, Business Analyst, Business Analytics, Project Management, Process Management and Agile processes
  • Strong analytical skills, able to simplify complex problems, create quick solutions, take action, visualize and explain data
  • Strong communication skills, developed negotiation and diplomacy skills to establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to determine improvement actions in marketing processes with a customer-oriented perspective
  • Especially has leadership qualities in multi-party projects carried out with Global
  • Able to use MS Office applications well. Preferably with SQL, SAS, PowerBI, Microstrategy, Python knowledge
  • Advanced level of English 
  • Suitable for teamwork, energetic/Innovative/creative, able to produce ideas

 

How can you make an impact?

  • Deriving actions from existing data, producing new analyses and explaining them. Understanding/explaining customer needs and trends
  • Presenting the outputs produced to both stakeholders and senior management
  • Providing process improvement/development suggestions that will provide added value to the “customer focus” transformation process,
  • Ensuring that the developments in all our communication channels are aligned with the “customer focus” strategy,
  • Taking an active role and responsibility on behalf of Allianz Turkey in projects carried out together with Global, successfully carrying out the relevant coordination and communications,
  • Developing and managing proactive actions to eliminate customer dissatisfaction.
