About the team
We are seeking a senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shop User Growth team. The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers WW. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities:
- Working for the user growth of TikTok Shop (E-commerce business), you will design and execute scalable growth strategies worldwide while focusing on peculiarities.
- Create and design new loyalty/rewards programs to engage and retain customers while striving to promote the business and grow customer satisfaction.
- Assess customers' shopping behavior and design new subscription programs to engage and retain customers while striving to promote the business and grow customer satisfaction.
- You will own the strategy, execution & narrative for the subscription, loyalty, and rewards programs.
- Define and improve key customer lifecycle metrics, including number of new customers, repurchase rate, average order value, etc.
- Facilitate team collaboration by designing and deploying the latest tools/best practices WW.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have 3+ years of experience leading a consumer subscription program
- 3+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or operations in a technology company.
- Experience with team management and independently responsible for core business metrics.
- Strategic and logical thinker with effective planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about understanding user demands from different cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills and can work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or operations in a technology company.
- 5+ years of experience leading a consumer subscription program.

Job Information

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199500 - $393300 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
