Job Description

Job Summary

As the Sr Manager, OMP – Integration, you will work closely with the Product Owner, Workstream Managers and Scrum Master to roll out new enhancements for OMP.  You will also collaborate with the business, KHC IT, OMP, KHC Finance, and our Center of Excellence in this role.

You will support aligning the business on priorities and maintaining our backlog in Jira.  Next, you’ll align with OMP on design and timeline.  During the design phase, your expertise in SAP and/or OMP will help us answer integration questions like how the systems should connect and what risks there are to SAP or existing functionality.  As we design, we will also need your ideas on how to measure value for these enhancements so we confirm they are solving the problem at hand.  During the build phase, we will need help confirming OMP is on track to deliver build to expectations.  Once they have built, we will need support getting enhancements tested and training documents drafted.  If we find bugs when testing, you will drive defect fixes with OMP within our service level agreements.  When testing is complete, we’ll need to collaborate with KHC IT and OMP to get the enhancements into the production environment.  Then you’ll need to collaborate with our Center of Excellence as they roll the functionality and related new processes out to the business.  After implementation, we will need your support measuring how value actualizes versus expectations.

As a KPI focused organization, you will help us stay on track to reach our targets and deliver objectives.  We will need your problem-solving mentality to come to solutions if we get off track.  As an Agile team, you will help us use Agile methodology to keep track of open actions and deliver goals via Jira and similar functionality.
