Minimum Qualifications: Excellent Spanish and English communication skills, written and verbal

Basic understanding of Dialogflow/CCAI Understanding of conversational AI concepts, including intents, entities, and routing Knowledge of webhook integration in Dialogflow.

Recommended Qualifications:

Experience with Dialogflow's APIs, SDKs, and developer tools Familiarity with Python’s Scrapi library

• Solid understanding of python

• Experience on Cloud storage, compute engine, VertexAI, Cloud Function, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI etc

• Ability to work on Vector Data Stores, custom embeddings and generate insights based on embeddings

• Exposure and familiarity in using BigQuery (Basic understanding).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Sesirable: Hands on experience with Generative AI support in Vertex, specifically handson experience with Generative AI models like Palm API for text, Palm API for chat and Gen App Builder - Enterprise Search
