Current Need:
McKesson’s Pharmaceutical Solutions and Services (PSaS) Decision Intelligence (DI) team is looking for a Sr. Data and Analytics Product Analyst to join our KTLO/Data Operations team. DI team focuses on facilitating a data driven culture and creating business value through data and advanced analytics. The successful candidate will possess business acumen, strong analytical skills along with the ability to engage stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions that enable effective decision making. This position will be a shift between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (CST) Monday-Friday and be available to pick calls as needed for extended hours on weekends / holidays if needed.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of incident and request tickets within prescribed SLAs for PSaS Data and Analytical Products
- Ensure Application Support professionals provide excellent customer service in addition to resolving issues.
- Identify opportunities where automation can be adopted, Quality be improved, Performance and cost be optimized in data and analytics environment.
- Acts as advisor or coach to new support members and manage KTLO operations team as needed.
- Ensures all service level objectives are achieved.
- Provides high-level analytics, reporting, and other support as needed.
- Review Data & Analytical product designs for various data-driven & analytical initiatives before KTLO intake, handle Change approvals as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage KTLO Operations.
- Keep sanity of QA and Production environments by being a Gatekeeper.
- Demonstrate technical leadership by staying abreast of emerging data & analytical technologies and industry best practices.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to handle communications with the teams spread across different geographic locations. Act as a liaison between the business and technology domains.
Minimum Requirements
Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Critical Skills
- Deep technical expertise in managing large-scale processing systems.
- Deep technical expertise with Azure Cloud Services (Databricks,ADF, API’s, ADLS, Snowflake)
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Pyspark, SQL, JavaScript) for data manipulation and transformation.
- Expert data visualization skills (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the healthcare, distribution, or software industries is a plus.
- Ability to rapidly learn and if required evaluate a new tool or technology.
- Must have a strong customer and quality focus.
- Assist in developing and maintaining long-term stakeholder relationships and networks
- Manage KTLO Operations around executive Reporting dashboards, reports, and analysis
- Ability to quickly adapt and adjust to change
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
Additional Requirements
- Understanding of AI/ML machine learning and predictive modeling techniques
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise data, especially ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, SFDC etc) & Integration patterns
Education
- 4 years Degree or equivalent experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position
