Accountabilities:
As an Assistant Manager, you will lead your team in gathering and analyzing field data from different sources to develop business insights. You will supervise the creation of various reports and visualizations to identify trends and key performance indicators related to business activities. You will also provide leadership in offering recommendations based on data analysis to optimize sales and marketing strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, or relevant field
- Proven experience in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
- Practical/hands-on experience with Advanced Analytics using exploratory data analysis techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines related to field reporting is advantageous
- Proficiency in syndicated and custom, primary and secondary data, with inferential analysis and the ability to identify insights from data
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to identify patterns and trends in data
- Organizational and time management skills

- Knowledge of AZ brand and science is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a significant number of business stakeholders and cross-functional business partners
- Strategic and critical thinking with the ability to engage, build and maintain credibility with Commercial Leadership Team
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving ability
