Description

 We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to support data-driven decision-making processes. The Data Analyst will work closely with various departments to identify business needs, assess data quality, and develop actionable insights. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure the accuracy of reporting.
  • Assist in the design and development of databases, data systems, and data collection strategies.
  • Monitor data integrity, identify data discrepancies, and recommend corrective measures.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for data processes and workflows.
  • Support business decisions through ad hoc analysis as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or Tableau.
  • Experience with database management systems and ETL processes.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into understandable, actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
