Your tasks:
You create and perform with the Data Quality Lead a new standardization for KION-wide data quality strategy
You will be responsible for healthy, fast, secure and efficient data quality including prior data cleansing
You will support the Data Owners in the definition of DQM rules and be responsible for the implementation of data cleansing guidelines/best practices as well as global data quality metrics
You support the preparation of data migration tests/trial loads to agreed levels of data volume and quality
With your expertise, you continuously improve and develop enterprise data quality and recognize changing business and industry requirements at an early stage and adapt data structures accordingly
You ensure Data Quality for assigned data objects within the Operating Units
You direct project planning and management to ensure standard methodology and frameworks are followed with regards to the KION data quality standards
Your profile:
You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering or comparable studies with several years of professional experience preferably some time in a leadership role
You bring relevant experience in a data quality orientated role in a technical and commercial context and are motivated in leading the data cleansing initiative
You have wide knowledge of (SAP) Data model, industry leading data quality and data protection management practices
You are highly skilled in change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design
You have excellent analytical skills with focus on details as well as problem-solving competence
You enjoy communicating and facilitating in English with senior level management from technology and business in an international and intercultural environment
