We're looking for an AI Model Validation Expert to join our team and help us validate our internal and purchased AI models. If you're passionate about AI and love diving deep into our AI models to ensure they meet the highest standards, this might be the perfect role for you! You'll get to participate in a variety of interesting initiatives. For example, you will: 

 

• Review, validate, and sign-off AI models for productive usage, working closely with our most senior and experienced data scientists. 

• Perform deep dives into AI models to ensure they adhere to best practices. 

• Develop, own and implement best practices and guidelines for AI models. 

• Coordinate and oversee the AI model validation process for all our AI models. 

 

About you 

Nobody is perfect and meets 100% of requirements. If you, however, meet some of the criteria below and are genuinely curious about the world of AI Model Validation, we will be happy to meet you.  

To be successful in the role, you have:  

• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field. We welcome candidates at all levels, including recent graduates. 

• Proficiency in Python and/or other programming languages. 

• Solid knowledge of machine learning, Generative AI or Natural Language Processing. 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple and clear terms.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 3,300] and [EUR 5,400] per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.

In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
