We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our efforts in ecommerce product classification and generative AI-powered expert shopping assistant development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision, with a passion for applying these technologies to solve real-world e-commerce challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for product classification, categorization, and recommendation systems.

· Implement NLP algorithms that will be used in conversational agents, content generation, and language understanding.

·  Utilize computer vision techniques for image recognition, object detection, and visual search in ecommerce applications.

·  Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

·       Proven experience in AI/machine learning engineering roles, with a focus on ecommerce or retail applications.

·       Familiarity with fine-tuning and customizing OpenAI or open-source LLM models to suit specific ecommerce use cases, including product description generation, customer support chatbots, and personalized recommendations.

·       Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and proficiency with popular machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

·       Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Faiss, Annoy, or Milvus.

·       Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical methods for data analysis.

·       Knowledge of computer vision algorithms and libraries for image processing and analysis.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

·       Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
