Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Integrity Specialist. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated professional experience in quality assurance and will assist the BI Manager in the planning and monitoring of data feeds and reporting as well as the assessment, auditing, and execution of new and existing reporting products.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

  • Assist the BI manager with tracking and auditing of reporting products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Support regular quality assurance procedures to identify discrepancies and address issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with BI and Analytics teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with data teams to monitor incoming data feeds.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to gather and analyze data for operational improvement.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with various departments.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of operational enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between different teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Lead internal product assessments and audits to quantify product value and identify opportunities for improvement.

 

Minimum Requirements for Education, Experience, and Certifications/Licenses:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Power BI Certification or other related training/licenses.
  • Prefer 1 years’ experience in PBM or related industry experience in project management.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business analysis and operations support.
  • High degree of professionalism.
  • Ability to interpret industry policies and contract documents, proposals, and other documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and command of the English language.
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as percentages, adding, subtracting, multiplying, division, and basic statistics to required tasks.
  • High degree of critical thinking, organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • High degree of initiative.
  • Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet objectives and deadlines established by supervisor and clients, often with short turnaround times.
  • Ability to maintain positive and beneficial relationships with department staff, numerous internal departments, external customers, agents, and subscribers.
  • Proficient in MS Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to comply with company
