A Glimpse into Your New Role

The Company’s Functional Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the technical resources within the Product and Go-To-Market organisation, partnering closely with teams across the company to drive initiatives. We support Pre-Sales (Solution Architects, Partners Solutions Engineers), Post-Sales (Professional Services), Product Sales (overlay team) and Customer Success. We're known for our product expertise, rigorous thinking, and user-first approach to problem solving. Within the company, we proudly serve as a critical source of user feedback and customer intelligence, with direct influence on the company’s GTM roadmap and growth strategy.

The vision for the Functional Strategy & Operations function is to scale and accelerate Revenue through Data, Insights and Intelligent Actions transparently, across the globe. We are looking to hire a Data Analyst who can help us triage data requests, automate reporting, and create dashboards that are intuitive and delightful.

What Will You Do:

● Develop and automate the reporting and visualization of essential business metrics using Hubble

Dashboards, an in-house tool built on Presto, SQL, React JS, and Plotly.

● Prioritize and organize tasks, as well as address inquiries from the Operations and Leadership team within the company through Slack and Jira.

● Oversee the organization of data structures within our data warehouse.

● Provide operational support for Analytics & Insights initiatives

● Ensure quality of data and accuracy of downstream reporting through precise attention to detail

● Create analyses that tell a “story” focused on insights, not just data

● Create enablement materials

What You’ll Bring

● 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with a focus on analyzing large data sets to solve problems and building user-friendly dashboards

● Experience handling imperfect data, proficient in crafting advanced-level SQL, and skilled in

troubleshooting data flows.

● Some coding experience Javascript, Python, React, Plotly (charts)

● Beginner to intermediate knowledge in creative data visualization in Tableau

● Experience creating dashboard documentation for end users

● Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely with stakeholders

● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment

● Prior experience working with Professional Services (contracts, project plans, teams) datasets

● Experience creating dashboard/analytics enablement material (e.g. presentation slides)

Manila, Philippines

Work Arrangement: Onsite, Monday to Friday, flexible hours with some overlap between 7 PM to 9

PM (8 AM to 10 AM CST)
