As a Trainee - Production Digital Solutions Engineer, you will support the integration and optimization of digital tools and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to enhance production efficiency. This role involves managing required infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing data-driven solutions to improve workflows. You will also assist in project management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful digital transformation in production environments.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain MES and other digital tools (e.g., TDM, DNC, IoT) for production.
Manage digital platforms, ensuring performance, security, and updates.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
Analyze production data to optimize processes and implement lightweight solutions (e.g., PowerApps).
Design and integrate digital solutions with existing systems in a cloud environment.
Support project planning, execution, and communication with stakeholders.
Test and evaluate new technologies for production improvements.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of MES, digital infrastructure, and production processes.
IT skills, including programming and cloud technologies.
Interest in digital transformation and project management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Team player, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Analytics , IT, or related field.
Proficiency in programming (Python, Java, C#, SQL) and experience with digital tools (e.g., PowerApps).
Strong knowledge of MES and cloud technologies
IT infrastructure expertise including security, system performance, and troubleshooting.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for production optimization.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
