We are seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated HR Data Analyst to join our People Team. In this role, you will take ownership of the Talent Acquisition (TA) data set, ensuring data quality, building insightful reports in close collaboration with our People Analytics Team, and supporting our strategic growth targets across Europe.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with People Analytics to manage and maintain the TA data set, ensuring data accuracy and quality

  • Monitor, track, and escalate data-related issues as necessary

  • Develop and streamline reports for stakeholders across various European markets, aligning with business needs

  • Visualize data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

  • Translate growth targets into actionable TA tasks, such as capacity planning and supporting unit-wise growth goals

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and a willingness to learn Tableau

  • Understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and/or marketing funnels

  • Business proficiency in English; German is not required

  • Self-motivated, independent, and solution-oriented

  • Experience working with large data sets and a strong grasp of data visualization tools

  • Prior experience in an analytical role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to clearly translate technical concepts to multiple cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience in a scale-up environment is a plus
