AI/ML Lead

Full Visibility is seeking an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) Lead to work in Springfield, VA. Candidate must possess at least an active Secret clearance.

The Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) Lead will lead the exploration of cutting-edge AI frameworks and methodologies, conducting in-depth research to understand their capabilities and applications. The candidate will be responsible for the team’s documentation of the entire lifecycle of AI model creation, deployment, and operation, focusing on identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities inherent in each phase. The team’s expertise will be pivotal in developing robust strategies and frameworks for securing AI/ML applications, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The AI/ML lead will establish and refine testing procedures specifically tailored to assess the security posture of AI/ML models and algorithms that include devising methodologies to simulate real-world attack scenarios and evaluating the resilience of AI systems against potential threats. The successful AI/ML Lead will provide mentorship and educational sessions to penetration testers and security analysts, empowering them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively assess and mitigate risks within AI frameworks.

Requirements

·       Active Secret Clearance or higher

·       At least ten (10+) years of artificial intelligence/machine learning experience

·       Robust knowledge of AI strategies and frameworks

·       Ability to conduct in-depth research on cutting-edge developments and tools

·       Experience identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities,

·       Experience creating AI models and related documentation

·       Ability to provide leadership, mentorship, and educational sessions

·       In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

·       Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology or related field

·       Certifications: SANS cybersecurity-related certifications; OR GIAC Information Security Professional (GISP) certification
