What You’ll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maturing AI use cases, for the development and for launching AI solutions. Furthermore, you will drive Copilot adoption through active communication, iterations with users in Nilfisk, knowledge sharing and staying up to date on Copilot functionalities. Nilfisk has the ambitions to grow this area however we have just started this journey and we need your technical capabilities and business understanding to accelerate our efforts.

You will be part of the Information & Digital Enablement organization reporting to the Head of Data & Business Analytics and you will be placed at our new sustainable Head Office in Nordhavn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Gen AI Adoption: Lead the integration and adoption of Generative AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, across the organization.
• Identify and Prioritize AI Opportunities: Collaborate with business units to identify AI opportunities within existing software, prioritize those with the highest impact, and support their adoption.
• Manage AI Use Case Pipeline: Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects at Nilfisk, from idea generation and solution development to testing, validation, documentation, and business rollout.
• Develop and Deploy AI Solutions: Work closely with team members, developers, and vendors to design, develop, test, and deploy AI solutions on Azure and other platforms, ensuring technical and functional alignment.
• Monitor and Optimize AI Performance: Continuously evaluate the performance and impact of AI solutions, providing recommendations for improvements and optimization.
• Consult on GenAI Solutions: Offer expert consultancy on GenAI development and implementation, assess current IT architectures, and design target architectures for AI use cases.
• Stakeholder Communication and Alignment: Maintain regular communication with business stakeholders to manage expectations, address concerns, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Prepare and present progress updates at monthly status meetings with the Gen AI impact team (top management).

What you need to have:

You ideally have a few years of experience as an IT and business consultant with a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications across various functional areas. You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

What is nice to have:

Your comprehensive stakeholder management experience enables you to effectively engage and influence senior leadership. You are business-oriented and driven by the development of solutions that have a measurable impact. Proficiency in Azure and other cloud services, with a proven track record of setting up AI models in these environments, is essential.

What could elevate your candidacy to the next level:

Additionally, you have programming experience, writing clean, maintainable code in languages such as Python, C++, Java, or similar. Your knowledge and understanding of AI concepts, techniques, and applications, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, further support your expertise in this field

We will look at your application and if we see a match we will contact you for a phone interview. Hereafter, if there is a mutual match, we will invite you to an interview with the hiring manager. The 2nd interview will be with a Talent Acquisition Partner together with hiring manager where the focus is on a feedback session on a personality assessment and aptitude test. The 3rd and final round of interviews will be an interview with the CIO.
