Job Description

Responsibilities:

This individual contributor is responsible for guiding and influencing the development of a formal Data Quality Services Framework and for supporting the development of software quality assurance test strategies. This position is responsible for overseeing major programming efforts, designing and developing test data for testing.

Take the lead on projects and initiatives involving new product and feature development, as well as quality initiatives related to automation and process improvement

Primary Skill: Leadership role|Hands on SQL|Data Base. Data mining and data reporting testers Tester| ETL Analyst, ETL Tester

Functional Skills:

• Create, organize, and maintain test plans, test suites, and test cases based on project requirements and acceptance criteria, and to identify and prioritize manual test cases for automation.
• Perform data base testing, data reporting testing, functional, integration, regression, interoperability, and end-to-end system testing.
• Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure that the highest quality software is deployed safely and quickly.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Must Have:

• Minimum Five (8+) years’ hands on experience working with SQLDB mining and data reporting and Java/Python based automation framework.
• Demonstrates expert understanding of QA best practices, processes and methodologies and their application in an enterprise environment
• Proven test experience of complex, multi technology platforms and systems
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to focus on deadlines, deliverables, accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
• Expert level knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and Python skills for automation and scripting are desirable.
• Hands on SQL, Data base testing, Knowledge of ETL, Data mining, data reporting testers Tester, ETL Analyst, ETL Tester, data tester.
• Knowledge of software development, design patterns, release process, test methodologies
• Good Knowledge on Salesforce Service, Sales Cloud & Data Migration Testing with Package Validation.
• Experience developing and executing Salesforce functional and integration tests.
• Experience maintaining a Salesforce manual regression test library and sound knowledge of Salesforce Health cloud.
• Knowledge on Custom Objects and Tabs, Email services, Security Controls, AppExchange Package & Custom Application, Sandbox data loading.
• Proficient with Rest and SOAP API testing (Postman, RestSharp, or REST-assured, SOAPUI) and DB testing.
• Experience with AWS Services (S3, Event Bridge, Cloudwatch, etc.) is required.
• Experience using DBT ETL is required.
• Experience using Qlik Replicate and Qlik Compose ETL is preferred.
• Experience using CICD pipelines and code repositories such as Bitbucket is preferred.
• Develop and implement efficient ETL processes to support data integration from different engagement platforms.
• Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.

 Plus:

1. Knowledge of Salesforce /CRM Portals.
2. Knowledge of MuleSoft Technical Product.
3. Knowledge of Salesforce Phoenix 
4. Knowledge of Health Cloud
5. Salesforce certification will be an added advantage

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science /Engineering graduate and 8+ years of experience as a QA/ Developer or SDET.
