Senior Product Manager (AI Platform)

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, design, delivery and promote of AI agent platform to serve internal users(Customer Service, Compliance, Legal, Finance, etc.)
• Use big data and AI to build AI agents such as chat bot, content generation and review, data analysis copilot to improve the efficiency of internal operations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, and business operations team to achieve product objectives.
• Promote AI agents, share use cases, organize AI trainings to increase the user adoption. 

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Must have product design experience in CS bot and AI assistant
• Have a good communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Process strong data analysis and user insight skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
