What are your contributions to the team?

  • Work within a multidisciplinary team focused on creating new applications dedicated to, but not limited to, data analysis (performance dashboards, process development, and technical design for manufacturing, etc.);
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and create user stories;
  • Create a main task plan and ensure follow-up; manage priorities and ensure they are communicated and aligned;
  • Act as a change ambassador and inspire stakeholders to adopt new applications in their daily operations;
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project progress, adoption, and user satisfaction. Provide regular reports on progress and results to stakeholders;
  • Identify and address issues related to resistance to change by working with individuals and teams to understand their concerns and provide solutions to facilitate acceptance;
  • Prepare and present visibility reports to various governance bodies at different levels of the organization;
  • Actively support projects to improve our processes and tools;
  • Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends that enable effective decision-making.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, aerospace, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering;
  • You are trained and experienced in project management (a PMP certification is considered an asset);
  • You have experience in the technology or software development lifecycle or database management (Python and SQL);
  • You have an interest in Machine Learning and AI (an asset);
  • You have strong experience in aerospace engineering;
  • You demonstrate a professional attitude and superior communication skills (essential);
  • You possess excellent organizational, time management, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to goals and responsibilities;
  • You have a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • You have a strategic mindset and attention to detail, supporting your interest in taking on responsibilities;
  • You are motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic;
  • You demonstrate your ability to work voluntarily and independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
  • You have effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions to advance projects and meet or exceed objectives;
  • You have good computer skills; proficiency in MS Office (primarily PowerBI, MS Excel, MS Project, SharePoint, etc.) is an asset.
