We're looking for a Data Platform Lead to:

• Innovate & Collaborate: Design scalable, efficient solutions and work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project goals. Your work will be a part of transformative products that leverage ML, CV, and NLP.
• Create and Execute: an overall plan for the data architecture, leveraging the existing technology and implementing new to drive data excellence.
• Code Excellence: Write and maintain clean, high-quality code, and provide constructive feedback through code reviews.
• Problem-Solving: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, research new technologies, and mentor junior developers.
• Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to improving development processes and workflows.

What you'll need:

• Technical Expertise: 5+ years of software development experience with strong skills across a variety of data tools & technology, architecture, and Google Cloud services.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and teams to successful outcomes.
• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Pre-Commit methods, Mypy, Ruff, Poetry, GitHub, and Docker.
• Best Practices: Ability to maintain and enhance inherited code, ensuring adherence to best coding practices across your team and as an individual.
• Agile Experience: Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, or Kanban.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
