Description

Our team is responsible for integrating and combining data from a variety of sources (e.g. EHR, ePROs, Digital Biomarkers, devices) in order to provide curated and insightful data sets that can contribute to clinical and research goals. We are also responsible for delivering a customer identity and access management platform to product teams to reduce duplication of effort, support a common user experience, and accelerate time to market. Be at the forefront of innovation and tackle exciting challenges within a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling our next-generation platform infrastructure. This includes contributing to our core services, improving developer tooling, and championing best practices for cloud-native development.  We are tackling exciting challenges in areas like containerization, service mesh, and serverless computing. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop highly scalable and reliable platform components using modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements and define platform roadmap.
  • Cultivate innovation by owning product areas and advocating for forward-looking technical strategies
  • Champion best practices for cloud infrastructure, security, and observability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend systems.
  • Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Hands on experience leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • Clear written communication, especially in design and architecture documents.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for building high-quality, well-tested software.
  • Experience working at a software product company.
  • Demonstrated large scale business impact from delivered solutions.
  • Interest and ability to learn new coding paradigms and languages.
