Your Job

As a Data Analyst for the Digital Transformation Team – Supply Chain, you will be responsible for the product structure creation in M3, including maintenance of the master data related to this process, but also audit and quality data accuracy validation. You will work closely with business data partners in order to identify proactively errors and inconsistencies. Your work should drive to identify opportunities to optimize the item and product structure creation and maintenance of items in M3. 

This work will require work with any global Guardian Facility or global workstream in order to ensure an accurate bill of material setup but also an accurate costing of the item.

Our Team

You will be part of the Digital Transformation Team – Supply Chain. You will interact globally with internal manufacturing teams at plant level, including production managers or process engineers but also global capabilities inside the Digital Transformation Team as Costing, Quality, Commercial or Warehouse Teams.

What You Will Do

• Set up the Product structure for the item globally
• Maintenance of attributes which define an item globally  
• Identify inconsistencies for product structures with Data team
• Set up new items including Direct Materials such as minerals, targets, packaging and Finished Goods if needed
• Identify opportunities to improve the process and enhance data quality

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Advanced analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in master data set up in any computer system – ERP
• Proficient in English language
• Ability to interact with different business teams at any location or position
• Experience being proactive and taking initiative to drive process improvements
• Strong communication skills

• Experience in the manufacturing environment or master data management
• Program or project management experience.
