This position is responsible for assisting the Sourcing Analyst, Production Analyst and/or Operations Manager in all system related tasks; to ensure all requests are executed in a timely and accurate way; to keep all systems updated and clean of any inaccuracies and outdated data; and to prepare and maintain key performance indicators and other reports.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Issue purchase orders to the vendors based on the buys sent by the Sourcing Analysts.
Maintain all purchase order acceleration (rush orders), SMU’s, OOS, etc. requested by the Sourcing Analysts.
Update system dates, quantities, ship mode, etc as requested by the Sourcing Analysts.
Ensure data accuracy in the systems. Review pending to acknowledge Purchase Orders (PO's). Update revised Purchase Orders with the correct reason codes in NGC, DCI shipped PO’s (for PO’s in SAP, perform equivalent process for Sportswear and Imagewear), etc.
Setting up styles, prices, routings and lead-times if requested by the Analysts.
Perform other duties as specified by the Roles and Responsibilities of each Brand, the Sourcing Manager and the Operations Manager.

QUALIFICIATIONS:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-3.
• Bachelor Degree and a Clothing/Fashion/Textile background is a plus
• Bilingual - Spanish and English

SKILLS:
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Extensive Knowledge in systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, willing to extensive data entry, data mining, data analysis.
• Knowledge in production, manufacturing, or related.
