Job Description
The Associate Market Analyst is responsible for the production of reports, special analysis and preparing client Power Point presentations for our local Consumer Panel Services business in Serbia according to standard procedures of the company and deadlines.
Reporting to our Director of Service Centre Reporting based in Bucharest, the Associate Market Analyst contributes in the development of the reporting team by improving the processes and providing support to assistant and junior colleagues.
You Will:
Prepare and analyse local RS FMCG monthly trends then inform the consulting colleagues with the monthly trends overview.
Organize and update the lines of reports according to Articles, Shops and Socio-Demographic Profiles and continuously communicates about the updates with the Operations team.
Constantly collaborate with the Client Service team to set up reports according to clients’ need.
Create client reports, analysis and presentations, and contributes to the improvements, according the company standards. Also uses the company standard layout or adapt it according to clients’ need, keeping the standards.
Check data accuracy and correlations of all provided deliverables.
Support the local RS Client Service team with reports for: quotations, profile newsletters and PR activities (conferences) and also for internal use for other company teams.
Prepares comparisons between RS consumer panel data and profile data from other source (media, client’s shipments, etc.).
Update and sends to YouGov Group the standard regional files with consumer panel trends (e.g. Key Facts, Consumer Index, Brand Growth, etc.).
Attends Reporting team project meetings and offers feedback in terms of structure, contents and details should be agreed.
Communicates to Services Director about any problem or change which appears in activity.
Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues. Collaborates with the other parties for identifying and solving efficiently the issues that may occur.
You Have:
Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Economics, Statistics, Sociology, Psychology or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience as data analyst in market research or FMCG/Consumer industry
Languages : Serbian (C1 or C2) and English (B2) and English (B2)
Intermediate Excel experience
SPSS & Python skills preferred but not essential
