Summary of position

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Data Analyst responsible for the configuration of eligibility, registration, and billing experiences for Teladoc Health members. This position will work primarily in Jira, GitHub, and Jenkins to accurately and promptly translate a request from internal stakeholders into a live configuration.

The Senior Implementation Data Analyst will collaborate with various team members to configure client accounts. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate configuration of new account set-up, and updated configuration of pre-existing accounts as necessary. Work will be measured by achievement of business objectives and progress towards strategic goals leading to improved productivity or profitability. The Senior Implementation Data Analyst exemplifies values and inspires commitment to the company vision and mission, setting the example of leadership for the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the configuration system and concepts.

• Provision new accounts by collecting necessary information then configure the platform.

• Required to maintain an accuracy rating of 95%.

• Responsible for successfully coordinating internal and external deliverables related to the deployment and implementation of Teladoc Health products to its customers.

• Maintaining clear and on-going communication with all internal and external stakeholders, identifying and prioritizing issues and needs, tracking action items, and ensuring the timely delivery of configuration to exceed expectation.

• Ensure individual and team unit deliverable targets are achieved.

• Follow the exact steps instructed to perform accurate configurations, and suggest adjustments wherever the process can be improved.

• Ensure quality and integrity of our configuration through both manual querying and automated templates.

• This position will not access Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Qualifications required for the position

• 2 – 4 years' experience with data processing and analytics

• Experience with GitHub or other version control software

• Experience with Jenkins, Airflow, or another job scheduling and automation tool

• Experience with SQL (MSSQL, MySQL, PostreSQL, Redshift)

• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills

• Experience developing and maintaining operational processes

Qualifications preferred for position

• Prior experience with data entry and analysis

• Previous implementation and/or support experience
